You can report a claim any time, night or day. On weekends, holidays and after business hours, you can get help on our 24/7 claims line by phoning 866-581-9270. During business hours, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., you should phone our Elgin office at 847-741-1000.
If you have a health or life insurance claim, contact your insurance company directly.
