For Business and Personal Lines claims, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm call 847-741-1000 and ask for our Personal Lines or Business Claim Department. After hours your claim can be reported directly to your insurance company or our 24/7 service located in the 24/7 Contact List.
